Shipping Policy

Shipping carriers

The Vet Group uses a combination of couriers and Australia Post for all deliveries. We prefer to send our items via TNT for addresses that can accept a signature on delivery or where permission to leave has been given. Where instructed, we will ship to a Post Office Box via Australia Post.

Live shipping rates from StarTrack are calculated on our website. For bulky or heavy items, our customer service team will contact you to quote on the most efficient and competitive shipping option we can arrange.

Handling and packing of orders is usually within 48-72 business hours. Any delays we will notify you via email.

The Vet Group reserves the right to ship using any courier or freight company deemed most appropriate for your order.

Refrigerated items

Items that require refrigeration will only be sent via express service on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid delays in delivery. Items are sent in insulated packaging with an ice brick. You will be notified via email of the dispatch date and expected delivery date.

International shipping

The Vet Group ships to any physical premises in Australia. International orders should contact our customer service team on +61 3 5558 6666 to discuss the customs and shipping implications depending on your country of delivery.

Bulky and heavy items

Items that attract additional freight are typically large, bulky and heavy, such are pasteurisers or other heavy equipment. Our customer service team will be in touch to discuss freight options and costs.
